Ingredients

  • 2 Croissants
  • 1 Medium Apple, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese, Softened
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • Fresh Arugula (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Mix the goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer the apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
  6. Add fresh arugula if desired.
  7. Top with the other half of the croissant.
  8. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
