Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apples, chopped celery, dried cranberries, and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken salad mixture onto each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
