- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced baked potatoes, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
