Delicious and healthy banana oat cookies that are easy to make and guilt-free.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- These cookies can be frozen for longer storage.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
