- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Chopped nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a layer of strawberries and pineapple chunks.
- Repeat the layers with more graham crackers, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and the fruits.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a layer of chocolate pudding.
- Make sure to use ripe bananas for the best taste.
