Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling
  • Chopped nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a layer of strawberries and pineapple chunks.
  5. Repeat the layers with more graham crackers, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and the fruits.
  6. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
