Instructions

- Add the rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.

- Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
