Description

A delicious and spicy Bang Bang Chicken Bowl that combines tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy sauce for a flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a serving bowl, layer cooked rice, chicken, and vegetables.
  6. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
