Description
A delicious and spicy Bang Bang Chicken Bowl that combines tender chicken with a creamy, spicy sauce served over rice and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and toss the chicken and vegetables with the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with additional sauce if desired and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
