Description

Delicious brownie bombs filled with cookie dough and a hint of cherry, inspired by the classic Black Forest dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well blended.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with brownie batter.
  4. Place a spoonful of cookie dough in the center of each brownie cup.
  5. Add a dollop of cherry pie filling on top of the cookie dough.
  6. Cover with remaining brownie batter until cups are full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before removing from the muffin tin.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
