Description
Delicious brownie bombs filled with cookie dough and a hint of cherry, inspired by the classic Black Forest dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well blended.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with brownie batter.
- Place a spoonful of cookie dough in the center of each brownie cup.
- Add a dollop of cherry pie filling on top of the cookie dough.
- Cover with remaining brownie batter until cups are full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the muffin tin.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- These can be frozen for up to a month; thaw before serving.
