Instructions

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder for the filling.
  6. Gently fold in the blackberries.
  7. Pour the filling over the baked crust.
  8. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
