  • 1/2 cup Blueberry Jam
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast until evenly combined.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Combine wet and dry: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let it rise: Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll it out: Punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  7. Spread the fillings: Evenly spread cinnamon filling and blueberry jam over the rolled-out dough.
  8. Roll it tight: Roll the dough from one long edge to the other, creating a tight log, and cut into equal-sized rolls.
  9. Second rise: Place the rolls into a greased baking dish, cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Make the icing: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, blueberries, and lemon juice until smooth.
