- 2 teaspoons Instant Yeast
- 1/2 cup Milk

- 1/2 cup Blueberry Jam
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast until evenly combined.
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise: Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll it out: Punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the fillings: Evenly spread cinnamon filling and blueberry jam over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll it tight: Roll the dough from one long edge to the other, creating a tight log, and cut into equal-sized rolls.
- Second rise: Place the rolls into a greased baking dish, cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the icing: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, blueberries, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle and serve: Drizzle icing over warm rolls and enjoy!
