- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter and buttermilk together in another bowl, then incorporate this into the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully using a rubber spatula.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the bundt pan, layering with the brown sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Invert onto a plate after slightly cooling.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk for the glaze and drizzle over the warm monkey bread before serving.
