Ingredients

- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 cups water or milk (your choice)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or blueberry)
- 2–3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberries, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the blueberries soften, about 3-5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before layering.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt. Whisk them together.
- Gradually pour in the water (or milk) and add the Greek yogurt. Stir until well-blended.
- Drizzle in the vanilla extract and stir until creamy.
- Divide the oat mixture into mason jars or airtight containers.
- Layer the blueberry mixture on top and garnish as desired.
