			- 3 slices of bread
 - 2 slices of bacon
 - 1 egg
 - 1 slice of cheese
 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
 - 1/2 tomato, sliced
 - Leafy greens (lettuce or spinach)
 - Mayonnaise
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
 - In the same skillet, fry the egg to your liking (sunny side up or scrambled).
 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
 - Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
 - On the first slice, layer leafy greens, bacon, and cheese.

 - Top with the third slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half.
