- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup lemonade concentrate
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in the lemonade concentrate and lemon zest into the melted chocolate until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir to coat the cereal evenly.
- In a large zip-top bag, add the powdered sugar and the coated cereal. Seal the bag and shake until the cereal is well coated with powdered sugar.
- Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet to cool and set for about 30 minutes.
