Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden and cooked through.
  6. Brush with additional marinade during the last 10 minutes of baking for extra flavor.
