- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden and cooked through.
- Brush with additional marinade during the last 10 minutes of baking for extra flavor.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar according to your taste.
- These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
