Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then spread the cheesecake mixture over it.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
