- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
