  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
