Ingredients

  • 1 packet of fruit pectin

Instructions

  1. Prepare jars and lids for canning.
  2. In a large pot, combine diced apples, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until apples are soft.
  3. Add caramel sauce and fruit pectin to the pot, stirring well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour the hot jam into prepared jars, leaving a little space at the top.
  6. Seal the jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
  7. Let the jars cool completely before storing them in a cool, dark place.
