Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pot, heat the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- In a skillet, cook the marinated chicken until caramelised on both sides.
- Add the caramelised chicken to the broth and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the chicken and broth over the rice, garnished with green onions.

- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
