- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or chives)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the shredded cheese, chopped herbs, and minced garlic to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
