- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced zucchini, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
