A delicious and hearty pasta bake that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken with cheesy goodness, perfect for a family dinner or a potluck.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more buffalo sauce to taste.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
