A delicious and hearty pasta bake that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken with cheesy goodness, perfect for a family dinner or a potluck.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
