Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
