Description

Cheesy French Onion Meatballs are a delicious fusion of savory flavors, combining the richness of French onion soup with the comfort of meatballs, topped with gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each meatball.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
