- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each meatball.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme.
- These meatballs can be served with pasta, on a sub roll, or on their own as an appetizer.
