Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the mozzarella cheese and garlic butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Combine the melted cheese mixture with the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, flattening it to about 1/4 inch thickness.
