- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of sour cream

- 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine cherries and sugar, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Spread the cherry mixture over the crust, then top with the whipped cream mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
