Ingredients

  • 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the pitted cherries, lime juice, sugar, and water.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the chili flakes and stir well.
  4. Once boiling, add the fruit pectin and continue to boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into sterilized jars.
  6. Seal the jars and let them cool completely at room temperature.
