- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
