- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir for 1 minute.
- Add green beans and soy sauce, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until beans are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- For extra flavor, add sesame oil or chili flakes.
- This dish can be made with other vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
