Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Let the shrimp marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. While the shrimp is marinating, place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin to form cups.
  5. Bake the wonton cups for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cook the marinated shrimp in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  7. Fill each wonton cup with cooked shrimp and garnish with fresh cilantro.
