Instructions

  2. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  3. In a serving dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the lemon mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
