Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly to form a disc.

  8. Melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
