- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and milk, whisking until smooth.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Pour half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the whipped cream layer.
- Repeat the layers with graham crackers, whipped cream, and chocolate pudding.
- Top with chocolate frosting, spreading it evenly over the last layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding mix.
- Allow the cake to sit overnight for the best texture.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh berries if desired.
