  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line your muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  3. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Add the sugar and brown sugar to the creamy peanut butter, mixing until smooth.
  5. Crack the eggs into the peanut butter mixture, then pour in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  8. Scoop the batter into muffin tins, filling them about 3/4 full.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
