- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the sugar and brown sugar to the creamy peanut butter, mixing until smooth.
- Crack the eggs into the peanut butter mixture, then pour in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the batter into muffin tins, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
