Ingredients

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 packages (3 oz each) of red jello
- 2 packages (3 oz each) of green jello
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dissolve red jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Pour into a pie dish and refrigerate until set.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the set red jello layer.
- Dissolve green jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until fully set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- For a more festive look, add fruit or sprinkles on top before serving.
- Make sure each layer is fully set before adding the next to avoid mixing.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
