Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 packages (3 oz each) of red jello
  • 2 packages (3 oz each) of green jello
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve red jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Pour into a pie dish and refrigerate until set.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the set red jello layer.
  4. Dissolve green jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until fully set.
  5. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • For a more festive look, add fruit or sprinkles on top before serving.
  • Make sure each layer is fully set before adding the next to avoid mixing.
