Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar with a little milk until smooth.
- Once baked, drizzle the icing over the casserole and serve warm.
