Instructions
- Prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture by combining granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl, mixing well.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow dish until smooth.
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin, spread melted butter on one side, and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll each slice tightly, securing with a toothpick if needed.
