  • 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture by combining granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl, mixing well.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow dish until smooth.
  3. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin, spread melted butter on one side, and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Roll each slice tightly, securing with a toothpick if needed.
