Instructions

- Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any discolored outer leaves. Halve each sprout lengthwise.

- Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut sides facing down.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
