Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
