Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
