Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cotton candy, chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped cotton candy and whipped cream gently.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form a crust.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Notes
- For a colorful twist, add food coloring to the cheesecake mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These bites can be frozen for up to a month.
