Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cotton candy, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped cotton candy and whipped cream gently.
  4. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form a crust.
  5. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

  • For a colorful twist, add food coloring to the cheesecake mixture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
