- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top the beef mixture with frozen tater tots in a single layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or green beans for extra nutrition.
