- 6 oz crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
- Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold it over to form a triangle, and press to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
