- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup of cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
- In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the crab mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
