Description

Delicious and creamy Crack Chicken Sandwiches that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: green onions, lettuce, tomato

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top.
  2. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns and add optional toppings as desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the mixture.
  • This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
