Delicious and creamy Crack Chicken Sandwiches that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: green onions, lettuce, tomato
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Serve the mixture on hamburger buns and add optional toppings as desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the mixture.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Leftovers can be frozen for up to 2 months.
