Instructions
- In a large pot, combine cranberries, chopped apples, sugar, and water.

- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice, stirring well to combine.

- Return the mixture to the pot and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Pour the hot cranberry apple butter into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Let it cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
