Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Cut the tops off the cooled puffs and fill with Chantilly cream.
- Replace the tops and serve.
