- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the broccoli florets to the sauce and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve the pasta topped with sliced grilled chicken.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
